DUBAI – Guests in Dubai are set to welcome 2026 in dazzling contrast, as Sheraton Mall of the Emirates unveils a Fire & Ice New Year’s Eve Masquerade that transforms two signature venues into a dual-themed celebration.
The gala, running from 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM on 31 December, promises elegant dining, vibrant entertainment and clear views of Dubai’s iconic fireworks, including Burj Al Arab. Masquerade attire is encouraged, adding to the festive flair and theatrical ambience of the evening.
Fire & Ice zones
Besh Turkish Kitchen will take centre stage as the embodiment of “Ice”, offering a refined, relaxed dining atmosphere where guests can indulge in an exquisite spread of Turkish mezze, festive favourites and live carving stations.
The elegant setting invites guests to unwind amid an elegant winter-inspired theme while enjoying gourmet flavours.
Meanwhile, Spartan Sports Bar will transform into the “Fire” zone, pulsing with high-energy celebrations, fiery décor and live entertainment. This vibrant space is designed for countdown excitement, creating a spirited ambience where guests can revel in the final moments of 2025.
With both spaces connected, guests will enjoy the freedom to move seamlessly between the cool sophistication of Ice and the dynamic warmth of Fire.
Fireworks and skyline views
As midnight draws near, the celebration offers panoramic views across the Jumeirah skyline, including clear sightlines to Burj Al Arab and surrounding fireworks displays. This vantage point makes the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates one of Dubai’s most desirable spots to ring in the New Year.

The gala showcases a lavish buffet dinner featuring Turkish specialities, festive dishes, desserts and live action stations. Seating is available in both Besh Turkish Kitchen and Spartan Sports Bar, ensuring comfort and flexibility throughout the evening.
